The apartment located on the first floor has a bedroom (double bed), bathroom with tub, toilet and sink, and a tasteful living room with built-in kitchenette. The guests entering the living room are welcome to use a folding wide sofa (big enough for two people). At the same time, those who value kitchens in apartments should be satisfied as well: you can use the stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
